Ensuring the efficient and effective empowerment of women

Welcome to Savannah Relief Services

The name of the organization shall be SAVANNAH RELIEF SERVICES thereafter referred as the (SRS). The Organization shall be registered with the registrar generals` department as an NGO. The idea arose from the third trimester field practical programme of the University for Development Studies (UDS). It was realized that, rural smallholder farmers in northern Ghana had low access to market and therefore low investment into farming resulting poor yields.

Mission

Savannah relief services (SRS) exist to ensure the efficient and effective empowerment of women, boost smallholder farmers’ production, access to market and ensure access to water and hygiene.

Vision

Savannah relief services (SRS) sees a society where women are economically empowered, food and nutrition secure, have clean water, and access to good sanitation services.
